Noordeen was born in Chentrappinni village in Thrissur district. He attended Chentrappinni High School, Christ College Irinjalakuda and Sree Kerala Varma College Thrissur but could not write the degree final examination. In Bombay he underwent for Cost and Works (AICWA) coaching, went to Dubai and took up an employment there and gradually established Ocean Rubber which is an engineering products manufacturer.

“Achan” in 2011, Achan was Thilakan's first film after he was expelled from the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA).
