Only last week I was talking to a cousin of mine in Asansol regarding the elections held in Delhi and other states. He opined that there should be a provision in the electronic ballot box and the voter's slip where the voter can put his vote if none of the candidates is of his choice. And today I saw in a Kolkata channel that many persons are having a similar view. What a coincidence. But I doubt whether this will solve the problem.
Haryana government has withdrawn about 150 Black Cats out of 500 from the VIPs. Well, that's
the first step. The Central and Delhi governments should take this bold step immediately. The VIPs have become a nuisance to the general masses.
