Dear Radheshyam,

Can you please mail me your database of GMS Boys so that I can incorporate the same in my Database and update my Database. This will be useful also for communicating with the boys. This up-to-date database can also be circulated amongst the boys so that they can network amongst themselves better.
For your information, we have already prepared the Draft of the Memorandum, a pre-requisite for getting our Kolkata chapter registered and we are now giving the final finishing touches.
WE are planning another get-together in end-December or early-January. This get-together will be important because we need to discuss and formalize the formation of the KOLKATA CHPTER. We are now busy doing our home-work for the same.
Meanwhile, I have been informed that there are some 100+ photographs of the Centenary Celebrations available in Kurseong. I have asked them to send me a numbered sample album of tehse photographs so that we can ask the Kolkata based boys to place their orders and we can get the ordered photos from Kurseong for the Kolkata based boys.
I am waiting for your Database.
