Everyday I open the paper, there is murder, theft, dacoity, rape and dowry deaths. What's gone
wro ng with the city ? Most of the crimes, especially murder, is committed in posh areas where one doesn't know who is living next door. The local administration, be it the police or the Municipal authorities, is totally unconcerned and callous. Delhi will remain the crime capital of
the country if the attitude of the administration does not change.
