Appeal to VVIPs for National Identity Card

I have sent my suggestion for National Identity Card to Mr P Chidambaram, Home Minister of India, with copies to L K Avani, Leader of Opposition, Chief justice of India and the Chief Election Commissioner.
Let us see their reaction.

Radheshyam

Mr. L K Advani,
Leader of Opposition in Parliament

Dear sir,

I was once a supporter of the BJP as I thought it was a party with a difference.
But during the last few years I have been disillusioned as I found that there is no difference between the BJP and the other political parties, including the Congress.
With politicians from other parties joining and leaving the BJP, I find no difference.
BJP consists of the same percentage of criminals as the other parties.
I now support Swami Ramdeo in his campaign of ridding India of corrupt politicians in his campaign"Bharat Swabhiman". You should watch his prgrammes on Aastha Channel in the mornings to see the anger of the people bubbling against you corrupt politicians.
I have maintained the same fervour against you people in our blog http://goethals1907-2007.blogspot.com/
I have given a few suggestions to our Home Minister in a letter which I am attaching herewith.
Being the Leader of the Opposition you are in a position to have my suggestions implemented since they have become necessary for the security of our country.

Yours sincerely,

Radheshyam Sharma

Honourable Chief Justice of India
Mr. K G Balakrishnan

Dear Sir,

I am sure you are as worried as the rest of India of the poor security existing in the country.
We do not know who is living in or who is going out of India.
The main responsibility rests with the corrupt politicians running the country.
I have offered a few suggestions on improving our security to the Home Minister. I am attaching a copy of the letter for your viewing.
The people of India have declared their Third War Of Independence against these corrupt politicians.
The first was in 1857 which we lost but ignited the fires of the second one which we won in 1947.
This third has been declared by Swami Ramdeo in his campaign "Bharat Swabhiman" If you watch his pranayam programme on Aastha Channel in the mornings you will see the anger that is bubbling in the people against these politicians. The same fervour is echoed in our blog http://goethals1907-2007.blogspot.com/

I have always maintained that the judiciary is the only wing of India which has been a beacon in the people's fight against corruption. I hope you will not break my belief. Please agree to the declaration of assets which is being demanded of the judiciary. The judiciary should also be able to withstand scrutiny just as it is demanded of politicians.

Yours sincerely,

Radheshyam Sharma

The Chief Election Commissioner
Mr. N Gopalswami
Nirvachan Sadan,
Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001

Dear Sir,

The Judiciary and the Election Commission are two wings of the government which makes us Indians proud.
Inspite of all obstacles put up by the corrupt politicians your department carries out its thankless work.
The first shot against these politicians was fired by that great person Mr T N Seshan. I am happy to note that the fervour to control the corrupt practises of the politicians is still continuing although at a much slower pace. We wistfully remember the days of Mr Seshan and would want you to be even stronger.
One suggestion I would like to offer is that these politicians should not be allowed to stand from multiple seats. Each person should be allowed to stand from only one seat.If he loses that, then he remains a loser.
India is a poor country and cannot afford re-elections because some corrupt politician has contested from more than one constituency and won in more than one.
The second suggestion I offer is regarding cancelling elections in case a person of any political party is killed before the election.Of course, there is no cancellation in case an Independent candidate is killed. This rule is allowing violence to increase with each elections.
The Election Commission in consultation with the Supreme Court and noted personalities should select suitable non-political candidates who could be kept is reserve. In case elections are countermanded for booth capturing in any constituency or the death of a candidate, these reserve candidates should fill in those posts, without any elections.
All seats should be filled up after an election and there should be no re-elections because of deaths, resignation or countermanding of results.
This system will gradually help in replacing corrupt politicians with honest candidates.
The third suggestion is regarding the polling officers.Since the polling officers are government servants they are manipulated by the government before the polls so that they help the government is power.
Educated, unemployed youth should be used for conducting the elections. Further, to prevent the strong arm tactics employed by political parties, they could be from outside the state holding the elections.
I have given further suggestions to our home minister for setting up a Natinal Identity Card. This I have attached for your perusal.

Thanking you.

Yours sincerely,

Radheshyam Sharma
