Press Release:
Press Release:
In response to the petition filed by the Aam Aadmi Party questioning imposition of President’s rule in Delhi, the Central Government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court. Explaining reasons for imposing President’s rule in Delhi, the government has said that there was a possibility of the BJP staking a claim to form the government. The UPA government has claimed in the affidavit that there was “dissent” in the Aam Aadmi Party and in view of this “dissent”, the possibility of the BJP staking claim to form the government could not be ruled out.
This deposition by the UPA government in the Supreme Court is a clear admission by the Congress party that it is encouraging horse trading to help the BJP in forming government in Delhi by using illegal and unethical means.
Collusion between the BJP and Congress has also been exposed by the biased action of the Delhi Police in the violence unleashed by BJP workers yesterday. There is evidence to show that BJP workers started stone pelting and carried out an assault on Aam Aadmi Party workers carrying out a peaceful protest. The violence left 22 AAP workers severely injured. National spokesperson of the BJP, Shri Nalin Kohli is seen leading the attackers in the footage run by TV channels. Mr. Kohli also admitted on camera that he led what he called “the counter attack” on Aam Aadmi Party workers. Despite compelling evidence, the police chose to act against leaders and workers of the Aam Aadmi Party.
It’s clear that after the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi registered an FIR against Mr. Mukesh Ambani, the BJP and Congress got together. Now, both the parties are working in coordination to crush the Aam Aadmi Party.
