What is wrong with AAP - one view.

We AAP volunteers have always been accusing the BJP & Congress of being two sides of the same coin. But with the lethargic and chalta hai attitude shown by AAP in removing corrupt candidates in the Delhi elections we can now safely say that instead of a coin, we can say that the Congress, BJP and AAP are the three sides of a pyramid. Now there is nothing to differentiate between the three as far as selection of candidates is concerned. There was a time in 2013, when AAP withdrew a candidate even days before the elections and left the seat vacant rather that put up a candidate who was accused in a dowry case. Gone are those days.
In those days, even the general public were invited to give their comments on the candidates selected by AAP and if a candidate was found unsuitable, he was withdrawn.
Just  15 months after that, respected PAC members raise doubts on the selection of candidates and instead of the candidates being removed, the PAC members are removed.
Now, candidates are selected depending upon their chances of winning.
Gone is the high sounding moral bombast issued by Arvind Kejriwal.
I had withdrawn my support for AAP but some AAP friends in USA have asked me to withdraw my resignation and fight the system from within. They have advised me not to let the corrupt elements who have entered AAP to defile the party.
All these people from AAPglobal who canvassed from different cities in the USA and contributed money to the AAP kitty are as thoroughly disgusted as me but will not allow the corrupt elements to gain an upper hand. People like Mr. Srikanth Bhagam, Ms Falguni Patadia and Mr.  Lal Singh and others of Chicago have spent time and money calling up voters in Punjab and Delhi to vote for AAP.
It is just two years since the formation of  AAP  it has already started following the corrupt ways of the BJP and Congress. How much further will it degrade in the coming years when they become as old as these parties?
We  joined the movement because its USP was its honesty and fight against corruption. We were all fed-up of the behaviour of the Congress and BJP and the corrupt ways,
Should we allow it to go the Congress/BJP way?
If the Aam Aadmi stops their contributions then they will be just a step away from going to the Ambanis and Adanis  for money.   I suppose we are heading towards that,
I for one, and those in AAP global to whom I spoke  are equally firm that if AAP continues to put up corrupt candidates, our contributions will stop and so will our canvassing.
Arvind Kejriwal leaves no opportunity in extolling the contributions made by AAP's volunteers in the rise of AAP. Yet, when volunteers write to AAP, they never receive any replies from any of the AAP office bearers. This has been the experience of all the AAPglobal members mentioned above and many of the AAP volunteers who read this. It is now almost two years since I have been writing to Arvind Kejriwal but he has never considered either directly or through his assistants to  drop a line. Oh, yes, he is very regular is sending Emails when asking for contributions. During that time he even sends mails twice a week.
I am not asking that AAP write directly to us as that would be impossible with the number of volunteers has. I have mentioned this earlier. Most volunteers have common doubts and problems which could be answered through FAQs  by clubbing the topics and giving the FAQs some serial numbers. These could be posted in the AAP website of FB site. A person could be asked to look up the replies in FAQ, giving serial numbers.
Additionally, Arvind or some designated person could give a 5 minutes You Tube video daily of the days problems raised by the media who we all know is against AAP. This would help the volunteers not being agitated by various rumours spread by the media.
I know, the above are unpleasant and unpalatable but will have to faced by AAP if it wants to retain the loyalty of its volunteers who are greatly divided on the happenings in the last fortnight. AAP will have to take corrective measures if it does not want to rush into the waiting arms of the Ambanis and Adanis.
