In this portal you can file your complaints online directly with your MP/MLA. The great thing of the system is MP/MLA can watch your complaint anytime and you can also track the status of your Grievance.
You can also attach necessary documents images or videos with the complaint to make sure that your complaint shall reach with appropriate proofs.The good thing of this complaint monitoring system is we can track status of our complaints easily and we can select our locality more specifically.

For filing complaint just visit the official site http://pgms.delhi.gov.in/Entrygrv.aspx and lodge your complaint with any ministry. To check the complaint status just go to http://pgms.delhi.gov.in/ and enter your details, your complaint status shall be displayed in seconds. One thing which should be kept in mind in entering the correct mobile number, its the thing with which govt shall communicate with you.

  2. Valid Address of Delhi
  3. Documents in pdf format (if any)
People are also advised to reduce the size of image of pdf document so that complain can be carry forwarded safely.
Govt also invites the people to submit their responses for Public Convenience. The general public is hereby requested to give suggestions for provision of public utilities i.e Jan Suvidha Complexes in the localities where there is a need and suitable space is available. The tentative location along with approx. area available and requirement of number of toilets may be sent to EE(HQ) DUSIB in room no. H-1, Vikas kutir, I.P Estate New Delhi or information may be sent on the email: cleandelhidusib@gmail.com within 30 days from the publication of this notice. The proforma for the suggestions is available on DUSIB website or it can be collected/submitted at the above mentioned address.
