Delhi CM Arvind Kejrwal, who is seeking treatment for his chronic cough at a naturopathy institute here, seems to have gone into a zen-like State and is studiously avoiding television channels that are buzzing with news of infighting within his party.
Briefing the media on his health here on Saturday, Dr Babina Nandakumar was showered with questions about Kejriwal's take on the trouble in his party.
"He doesn't discuss politics with me," she said, adding, "So far he hasn't showed any signs of high stress with regard to national politics."
Dr Nandakumar also said that Kejriwal hardly gets time to watch television although he has two to three sets in his section of the hospice.
On his health, said that his blood sugar levels have dropped and his cough has reduced. Kejriwal, who will be discharged on Monday, has been instructed to maintain a strict diet, cut out aerated drinks and effect lifestyle changes.
"Even if he follows 50% of what he has learnt here, it will more than sufficient," Dr. Nandakumar said.
Describing her star patient as a "diligent", she said that he starts his day at 5.30 am and ends only around 8.30 pm.
