New Delhi, Feb.9
(ANI): Congress leader Manish Tewari on Monday said that if the exit
poll results are unfortunately correct, then that would mean the Aam
Aadmi Party (AAP) was bagging the votes meant for his party.
The Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP may return to power once again in the national capital, according to five of seven exit polls.
The exit polls have predicted the second place for the Bharatiya Janata Party while the Congress has been placed at a distant third.
67.08 percent voter turnout was recorded in the polling for the 70-member Delhi Assembly. A total of 673 candidates are in the fray this time.AAP's chief ministerial candidate Arvind Kejriwal is seeking re-election from the New Delhi Assembly seats, while Bedi has contested from Krishna Nagar.
The Congress, which had ruled the national capital for 15 years, has fielded its chief ministerial candidate Ajay Maken from Sadar Bazaar. (ANI)
How naive can these politicians become, both from the Congress and BJP. They refuse to see the writing on the wall. They still votes have shifted from the Congress. People who wanted honesty have all voted for AAP, no matter from which party.
The people are fed-up of corruption and the faster they realize this, the better will it be for the nation.
