% of Y = 35 x 100 / 50 = 70, if we consider all (DC), (WNT), (B) votes would go to BJP or opposition.
% of N = 15 x 100/50 = 30
Convert to seats = 70*.70 = 49 for AAP
Balance 21 for BJP and others.

% of No, if we consider the undecided would also vote for No = 27%
Convert into seats for AAP = 70 x 0.73 = 51
