Which Party will Delhi Voters prefer this time?

With just 3 days left for the Delhi elections, the established political parties like the Congress and BJP are worried.

Are they going to see their seats being wiped out in the face of the onslaught by the Aam Aadmi Party(AAP).

It seems so although the media houses who owe allegiance to either the Congress and the BJP would want us to believe otherwise.

This time AAP is in direct contact with the electorate so that the opinion polls do not fool the people.

I have had the pleasure of associating myself with AAP's Citizen's Call campaign from the 13th of October and have kept a record of all the calls made.

Since polls are on our heads, I am giving the results of the last 4 days, below, with my analysis.

It gives a complete lie to what the opinion polls would want us to believe.

Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for 30.11.2013

The result of my Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for 30.11.2013, are as follows: Calls made -194, Call matured - 129, Yes votes - 85. No votes - 6 (3 BJP supporters, 1 Cong supporter, 1 various grievances, 1 annoyed for multiple calls from AAP), Disconnected - 10, Outside Delhi - 18, No Voter card 2, Will Not divulge - 2, Busy can't reply - 5,NOTA-1

Analysis: If we deduct the Outside Delhi and No Voter Card (18 +2 ), from matured call, we get 109 . Therefore the percentage of Yes votes comes to 77.98 % votes. This is assuming that Disconnected (10), Will not divulge (2) and Busy can't reply (5), NOTA 1 all vote against AAP.

There were only 6 NO votes which works out to 5.55 %.The results are on the lines of my earlier report of 27.11.2013 since this was a more representative survey. I would challenge all the media houses which carry out their pools to challenge these figures. As I said on the 27th, we are well on the way of three-fourth majority.

Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for 29.11.2013

The result of my Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for today, 29.11.2013, are as follows: Calls made -18, Call matured - 15, Yes votes - 8. No votes - 2 (One person was terribly annoyed with AK's statement of the Batala encounter and the other person seemed to be angry for disturbing him), Disconnected - 1, Outside Delhi - 1, Will Not divulge - 1, Busy can't reply - 2

Analysis: If we deduct the Outside Delhi(1), from matured call, we get 14. Therefore the percentage of Yes votes comes to 57.14 % votes. This is assuming that Disconnected (1), Will not divulge (1) and Busy can't reply (2), all vote against AAP, which is doubtful. There were only 2 NO votes which works out to 14.28 %.The results are not as encouraging as yesterday but then the survey sample was very small as I started only at 8.15 PM after returning late from office and could make only 18 calls.

Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for 28.11.2013

Yesterday, I had made an analysis of the calls I had made to the citizens of Delhi on behalf of Aam Aadmi Party for their Citizen's Call Campaign.

The result of my Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for today, 28.11.2013, are as follows: Calls made -125, Call matured - 73, Yes votes - 48. No votes - 1 (A self professed BJP Member), Disconnected - 8, Can't vote -6 (No voter Card), Outside Delhi - 4, Will Not divulge - 3, Busy can't reply - 3

Analysis: If we deduct the Can't Vote(6) & Outside Delhi(4), from matured call, we get 63. Therefore the percentage of Yes votes comes to 76.19 % votes. This is assuming that Disconnected (8), Will not divulge (3) and Busy can't reply (3), all vote against AAP, which is doubtful. The only NO vote was given by a BJP member. As I said yesterday, we are well on the way to a three fourth majority. Cheers for AAP

Citizen Call Campaign for Delhi for 27.11.2013

For those of you who may be interested in a preview of the Delhi Election results. You don't have to believe in any opinion polls and can find out for yourself if you join the "Call Delhi Campaign" and make calls to Delhi residents. I am giving below the results of call made by me today. Calls made - 50, Calls matured - 24, Yes Votes - 15, No votes - 0, Disconnected - 1, Can't vote (No voter card or outside Delhi) - 4, Will not divulge - 3, In meeting - 1. If we exclude the Can't vote (4) and meeting (1) from the matured calls, the Yes votes was 78.9%. The no votes was only 5%. The will not divulge (3) votes has not been included in either Yes or No category. So we, Aam Aadmi Party, is well on the way to a three-fourth majority, ie around 53 seats.
