Tell the Sex of a Fly

A woman walked into the kitchen to find her
husband stalking around with a fly swatter

"What are you doing?"
She asked.

"Hunting Flies"
He responded.

"Oh! Killing any?"
She asked.

"Yep, 3 males, 2 Females," he replied.
Intrigued, she asked.
"How can you tell them apart?"

He responded,
"3 were on a beer can,
2 were on the phone."

Reminds me of Mr. P Yonzan, our Hindi teacher. I hope I got the name right. There was as C Yonjan and a P Yonzan, one taught Hindi and the other Nepali. I always got mixed up,
When teaching grammar in his Hindi classes he would ask whether Chiria (bird) was masculine or feminine gender.
Non plussed, we would look at him blankly.
He would then say, "Very easy"
You throw some grains in front of it.
If she "chugti hai" then it is feminine but if "chugta hai", then it is masculine.
