Msgs from friends 59

Msg from Safi

Radheshyam:

Envy your son. Would love to be in Switzerland in Winter, for the skiing.

Safiul/Safi/Saf

Safi,

You don't have to envy him.
He doesn't know how to ski.
Learning now and then breaking his hand and feet would put him off the work he has gone to do.
So he himself has decided, skiing is a strict NO-NO.
He aleady has a screw or two in his hip joint from an earlier accident he had when a hulk fell on him.
If now has has an accident at that place he will be maimed for life.
Today he has gone to Prague but there is snow everywhere so there will not be much to see.

Radheshyam:
You're making my mouth water. I love our desi sweetmeats. They don't love me. I have developed lactose intolerance and so must take these heavenly foods only once in a while.
Safiul

Safi,

Lactose intolerance develops when we stop taking anything.
Have you ever seen a baby having lactose intolerance.
That is their main diet until the age of 2.
It is only after that when we wean away the baby from milk that the lactose intolerance develops.
If you want to cure yourself, start taking sweets regularly, unless you have diabetes.
Start with small quantities and increase gradually
Apples and bananas control loose motion.
You could take these with the sweets in the initial stages.
God has given us everything in nature.
Only we have to remember the laws under which our body and nature operates.
Go back and live as nature wants us, you will have no problems.
Do Pranayam, regularly.
95% of your problems will be over.

So, don't worry.
Hope you and your family are keeping well.
